SKD (Semi Knocked Down) means ~50% of the IFPD is pre-assembled — module, power board, and motherboard partially assembled before shipping. This reduces local assembly time. CKD (Completely Knocked Down) ships as individual parts for full local assembly, maximizing container density (up to 400 units/40HQ for 65″) and import duty savings.
SKD 65″: 224 pcs/40HQ (packed at L1700×W565×H1015mm, 4 per pallet). CKD 65″: 400 pcs/40HQ. For comparison, a finished 65″ IFPD typically fits only 80–100 units per 40HQ — SKD gives 2×, CKD gives 4× the density.
We offer all 5 standard sizes: 65-inch, 75-inch, 86-inch, 98-inch, and 110-inch. All sizes support both IR (infrared) and P-Cap (projected capacitive) touch technologies, with Android 13 and optional Windows OPS modules.

MOQ starts at 50 units per size for SKD and 100 units for CKD. Standard lead time: 15–25 business days (SKD), 20–30 business days (CKD). Trial orders with smaller quantities available for first-time partners.

Fully customizable. Standard SKD is ~50% pre-assembled (module + PSU + motherboard), but we can adjust from 0% (near-CKD) to 90% (near-finished) depending on your local labor capabilities, cost structure, and market requirements.
