DMS (Device Management System) is Riotouch's cloud-based device management platform built on DaisyOS. It supports all Riotouch IFP interactive flat panels and LED displays. Devices register via MAC address and appear in the cloud dashboard for centralized control.
DMS implements a 5-tier role hierarchy: Cloud Admin (full system control), OEM/Distributor (device management, firmware, app store), School Admin (resource upload, device control, messaging), Teacher (courseware, quizzes, file transfer), and Student/Parent (class reviews, test access). Each role has precisely defined permissions — for example, only Cloud Admin can delete devices or manage OTA firmware.
Yes. DMS supports flexible device grouping by city, school, or grade level. You can view and control devices group by group, send group messages, push resources, and execute batch commands. Group control makes managing hundreds of devices across regions both simple and efficient.
Absolutely. DMS includes full OTA (Over-The-Air) firmware management — upload firmware packages to the cloud and push them to specific devices, groups, or categories.
